We enter life with our first breath, leave life with our last breath, and breathe through every other moment of our lives, the highs, the lows and the everyday. It’s something we all do……it’s automatic, but we can also control our breath to create different states if we choose to.

 
 

SOMA breath combines powerful breathing techniques combined with rhythmic, next level, DJ created brain entrainment music to create a deep state of meditation that allows us to rewire our thought patterning.

The ancients knew it and now we are reawakening to the peace, joy, calm and multiple health benefits that carefully practiced breath work can provide.

When I first started to experience breath work I wondered how this could be as transformative as people said.

Then I discovered SOMA Breath, embarked on their 21 Day Awakening Programme and immediately understood its power. This magical tool HAD to become an important element of my toolkit, and now I'd love to share this with you.

If you wish to participate in a class I am currently offering 2 online weekly classes on a Monday and Wednesday. Monday evenings at 8pm is a relaxing meditation, whereas Wednesday mornings at 6.20am is a small dose of rocket fuel to get you ready for your day.

I have also now added a live ‘in person’ class to my schedule Monday 6-7pm at The Wellness Barn in Marlow, plus you can experience a monthly Energise class on Friday nights usually in synchronicity with the moon cycles.
